Introduction — dj2d Terms Agreement

By accessing the dj2d platform, registering an account, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and that you fully agree to them. Please read this agreement carefully before continuing to use the platform.

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided through dj2d's website, mobile website, and platform. If you do not agree to this agreement, you may not use the platform.

Eligibility Requirements

To use the dj2d platform, you must meet all of the following criteria—

Account Registration and Management

Important Notes on Deposits

• Deposits must come only from a payment account that belongs to the player. Transfers from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• If your deposit does not appear within 1 hour, please notify us via Live Chat to have the transaction credited.
• dj2d may reject any deposit suspected of money laundering and may suspend the account.

Important Notes on Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be sent back to the same account used for the deposit, and the bonus wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal is allowed.
• If KYC verification is not yet complete at the time of a withdrawal request, the withdrawal may be restricted.

Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 40,000 Ks → Total balance 60,000 Ks → Wagering: 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks to be played through.

Example 2: Deposit 220,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks (maximum) → Total balance 420,000 Ks → Wagering: 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks to be played through.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply once per player, per claim, per IP address, and per payment account.
• Winnings earned from a bonus will only be considered real money and eligible for withdrawal once the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• When playing with bonus funds, dj2d's betting stake limits may apply.
• dj2d may change or cancel bonus promotions without prior notice.
• dj2d may void bonuses and close accounts immediately if any attempt to abuse bonuses or bypass security measures is detected.

Fair Play and Prohibited Actions

The dj2d platform ensures fair and transparent games for all players. Actions that could affect platform stability or harm players' interests are strictly prohibited—

• Opening multiple accounts from the same IP address to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Using similar betting patterns designed to abuse bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
• Using bots or automated software instead of playing manually
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or glitches on the platform
• Threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward other players
• Attempting to commit illegal acts such as money laundering or financing of violence

If any of these prohibited actions are detected, dj2d may immediately close the relevant account and void all bonuses. Where required by law, details of the violation may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Limits

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between a player and dj2d will be handled through the following process—
